What size are the socks?
One size stretches to fit most adult feet, roughly UK 5 to 10 (EU 38 to 44).
How does the subscription charge me?
You approve a UPI AutoPay (or card) mandate once. We then charge the same amount every month or every 2 months and ship a fresh pack. Your bank or UPI app notifies you 24 hours before each debit.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, anytime and for free. Use the Manage subscription page with your subscription ID and phone number, or revoke the mandate in your UPI app.
How fast is delivery?
We dispatch in 1-2 working days and delivery takes 3-7 working days across India.
Do you take returns?
Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full. Read the Refund policy for details.
