This Privacy Policy explains how Sran Grain Trading Company ("Shrinken", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use shrinken.co.in (the "Website") or buy from us. By using the Website you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Order details: name, phone number, email address and delivery address that you enter at checkout.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. We receive only a payment reference, the payment method type and the payment status.
  • Subscription mandates: when you set up a subscription, the UPI AutoPay or card mandate is created and held by the payment gateway and your bank. We store only the mandate/subscription reference and its status.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and cookies, used to keep the Website secure and working.
  • Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, email or phone.

2. How we use your information

  • To process, ship and deliver your orders and subscription shipments.
  • To send order, payment, shipping and subscription notifications (including advance notice of upcoming auto-debits where required).
  • To respond to support requests and handle returns, refunds and cancellations.
  • To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • To improve the Website and our products. If you opt in, to send you offers; you can opt out at any time.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • our payment gateway partner, to process payments and mandates;
  • courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order (name, phone and address only);
  • service providers who host the Website or help us operate it, under confidentiality obligations;
  • government or law-enforcement authorities when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. If analytics or advertising tags are enabled, they may set cookies to measure visits and ad performance. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart may not work without essential cookies.

5. Data security and retention

The Website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to order data is limited to authorised staff. We keep order and invoice records for as long as required under Indian tax law (currently at least 8 years) and other records only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information (subject to records we must keep by law), or to withdraw consent for marketing, by writing to support@shrinken.co.in.

7. Children

The Website is meant for users aged 18 and above. Purchases for minors must be made by a parent or guardian.
