These Terms govern your use of shrinken.co.in and purchases from Shrinken, a brand of Sran Grain Trading Company, a proprietorship of Mandeep Singh Sran (GSTIN 03GGJPS1242H1ZG), Khatouni No 568, Near Bus Stand, Backside Ashoka Sweets, Cheema, District Sangrur, Punjab 148029, India. By using the Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

2. Products

We sell disposable, single-use socks. Product photos and illustrations are for representation; the actual colour or packaging may vary slightly. Sizes are described on each product page. The socks are intended to be worn once and then disposed of.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST. Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or, for cash on delivery, when you place the order and we confirm it). We may refuse or cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, a pricing error, an undeliverable address or suspected fraud; any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner through UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. We never store your card or UPI credentials.

6. Subscriptions and auto-debit

If you choose "Subscribe & save", you authorise a recurring payment mandate (UPI AutoPay, e-mandate or card standing instruction) for the amount and frequency shown at checkout. The full subscription terms are on our Subscription Terms page and form part of these Terms.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, place fraudulent orders or copy our content, logo or design without permission. All content on the Website belongs to Shrinken.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sangrur, Punjab have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you reside.
