Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Where we ship

We deliver across India to all serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners.

2. Shipping charges

• Orders of ₹499 or more ship free.
• Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping charge of ₹49.
• Cash on delivery, where available, carries an extra charge of ₹49, shown at checkout.
• Subscription shipments always ship free.

3. Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery normally takes 3-7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
• Subscription shipments are dispatched within 1-2 working days of each successful renewal charge.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive the courier name and tracking number. You can also check your order status on the Track order page using your order number and phone number.

5. Delays and failed delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond 10 working days from dispatch, contact us and we will follow up with the courier or reship. If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable after multiple attempts, we can reship it on payment of the shipping charge, or refund the order value minus shipping.
